Sometimes the HEDD Access Tool can´t find the speaker when connecting the speaker to your PC/Mac via ethernet cable. You can confirm a working connection when you can see green/orange flashing lights on the speakers ethernet port.
In case they are not and you don´t have another computer close by please use an USB/Ethernet adapter.
If there is a problem with MacOS systems: Please 'right click' the .pkg when you download the HEDD Access Tool from the provided link on our website and select 'Open' rather than double clicking the .pkg. Likely a MacOS security issue.
