Speaker doesn´t play audio / cuts out

A speaker not playing audio or randomly cutting out indicates an issue with the DSP unit in your MK2 speaker. We know about this malfunction and eliminated the root of the problem with new parts. Please try (if not done yet) updating the speaker using our HEDD Access Tool:

(If it doesn´t work and says "Rescue Mode" don´t worry but to receive as much data as possible it´s necessary. )

To make sure your speaker works properly in the future we definitely need to get the DSP replaced. 
We would also like to replace your other speakers DSP to make absolutely sure you won´t encounter any issues anymore.

Option 1: Contact your dealer for repair. 

As mentioned it´s recommended to send in both speakers to be safe.

Option 2: To get this done asap we can also offer you to send you the needed parts directly if you or someone you know feels comfortable doing the replacement yourself.

If choosing this option we will need the old DSP´s back as they have high value for us. 
We can only send out new units if we can make sure the old ones are on their way back to us so if you choose this route please uninstall the old units using the video and send them to us. Only if we have a tracking number for the uninstalled DSP´s to our factory we can send out the new units.
